Royal Enfield is one of the world’s oldest two-wheeler manufacturers still in production. The brand offers a variety of commuter, cruiser, and adventure motorcycles in its lineup. Like most vehicle manufacturers, Royal Enfield is also moving towards electric mobility, and as part of this plan, it recently launched its first electric motorcycle.
Here is a list of Royal Enfield electric motorcycles that have been launched and are expected to be launched soon:
Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6
The Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 is the first-ever electric motorcycle in the history of the brand. Its name is inspired by the original Flying Flea motorcycles used by troops during World War II.

Just like the original, Royal Enfield has gone for a sleek and lightweight design for this electric motorcycle. The Flying Flea C6 features a unique girder fork setup at the front, making it one of the only motorcycles in the market currently to offer this feature. The girder fork is made from forged aluminium and plays a key role in the bike’s overall design.
The motorcycle retains a teardrop-shaped tank design and is built on a dedicated EV platform. It rides on 19-inch wheels with slim tyres at both ends, helping keep the weight down to just 124 kg.
Although it may look simple, the Flying Flea C6 comes equipped with several modern features, including dedicated controls for adjustable regenerative braking, five riding modes- City, Rain, Highway, Sport, and Custom - along with switchable dual-channel ABS, lean-sensitive traction control, and more.
The Flying Flea C6 is powered by a 3.91 kWh battery pack, offering a claimed range of 154 km. It produces 20 PS and 60 Nm of torque. Pricing starts at Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom). Royal Enfield is also offering a BaaS (Battery-as-a-Service) option, under which the price drops to Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
Royal Enfield Flying Flea S6
The next electric motorcycle that Royal Enfield is working on is the Flying Flea S6. As the name suggests, this will be a scrambler version of the C6. It is expected to be positioned as an urban and light off-road motorcycle.

Like the C6, the S6 will use the same L platform and is expected to feature a 19-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wheel. Being a scrambler, it will come with wire-spoke rims instead of alloys, along with higher ground clearance and longer suspension travel.
The motorcycle is expected to offer features such as a dedicated off-road riding mode, lean-sensitive ABS and traction control, modern electronics, and connectivity features. It is likely to use the same 3.91 kWh battery pack as the C6, with a similar range. The S6 is expected to be priced slightly higher than the C6.
Royal Enfield Him-E
The Himalayan is one of the most popular and affordable adventure tourers in its segment. Royal Enfield is currently working on both a twin-cylinder version and an electric version of the Himalayan.

The electric version, currently referred to as the Him-E, has already been spotted testing and even showcased by the brand. It is rumoured to be one of the most powerful motorcycles from Royal Enfield and is expected to feature a large 14 kWh battery pack.
In terms of design, the Him-E appears to draw inspiration from the current Himalayan as well as the upcoming Himalayan 750. It has a rugged look, and the test mule features wire-spoke wheels, indicating strong off-road capabilities.
